Lancaster Welcomes a Familiar Face Back to the Movies
Lancaster has no shortage of movie theaters. From world wide chains like Regal Cinemas, to local spots like Penn Cinema and Zootropolis, there’s theaters all over the place. On August 1, Lancaster added another theater to the list. In Willow Street, Kendig Square Movies 6 reopened its doors after being shut down in 2024. I took an opportunity to go and watch the newest “Naked Gun” movie to give you my thoughts on the newest theater in Lancaster. First off, I would like to say that this is a theater I went to often while growing up. I saw anything from “Bolt,” and “Cars 2,” to “The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey,” and “Batman v Superman” at this theater. However, I will be very unbiased in my review. I am going to start off with some pros. The best pro is the price. You simply can’t beat it. Tickets are $11 for adults and $7 for kids and seniors, and $7 for everyone before 4pm.
